June 22, 2004

Pictured here are Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors President George Cooper and 2004 Realtor of the Year, Diane Brueggeman.
The Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors (PASS), the professional trade organization that consists of two thousand members covering eighteen communities from the Neponset Bridge to the Cape Cod Canal, held its 4th Annual Realtors Awards Reception at the Black Rock Country Club in Hingham on June 22. More than two hundred guests, including representatives form the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), attended the reception to honor the 2004 recipients.
Each year PASS chooses one Realtor who exemplifies outstanding volunteer commitment and participation in local, state and national Realtor Association activities, community service, business accomplishments and faithfulness to the principles of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics. This year's PASS Realtor of the Year is Diane Brueggeman of Brueggeman Real Estate in Brockton. Brueggeman has been a realtor for more than twenty years and holds a CBR, GRI and SRES designation. She has served on the PASS Board of Directors for six years and is on the Realtor Political Action (RPAC) Board of Trustees representing the Southern Region, which consists of the Tri-County Board of Realtors, North Bristol County Board of Realtors and PASS. She is a director at the state level and serves on several PASS committees.
In her personal time she serves on cancer patients through hospice and is the membership chairperson for the Brockton Lions Club. Brueggeman embodies all the qualities PASS seeks in a candidate. The award was presented to Brueggeman by last year's recipient.
